House Rules

We are delighted to welcome you to Harmonia Palace, where heritage and conscious living come together. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with and respect our house rules. By staying with us, you agree to the following terms.

GUESTS POLICIES

The apartment may only be occupied by the agreed number of registered guests; visitors are not permitted. All guests stay at their own responsibility. Valid ID is required upon arrival.

USE OF SPACES AND FACILITIES

Guests are requested to use all apartments, shared spaces, and outdoor areas with care and in accordance with their intended purpose. Apartments must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival, free of damage.

SMOKING

Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including all balconies, the inner courtyard, and common areas. A fine of EUR 250 may be imposed in case of violation. A designated smoking area is available in the parking lot.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the property is not liable for lost or unattended items. Guests are also responsible for any damage caused during their stay. In cases of intentional or negligent damage, the full replacement cost may be charged.

SAFETY AND DISCRETION

For your safety, please ensure doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving. Management may access apartments when necessary for maintenance or safety reasons.

PEACE AND ATMOSPHERE

One of the core values of Harmonia Palace is tranquility and uninterrupted relaxation. Please respect the peace and comfort of others by keeping noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not permitted.

PETS

As much as we love them, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartments.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS

All guests are expected to comply with local laws and building regulations throughout their stay.

BREACH OF HOUSE RULES

In the event of a breach of these house rules, the property reserves the right to issue fines and terminate the stay immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
