What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 2 PM and 9 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. Access to apartments before this time will only be offered depending on the availability of apartments at the time of arrival. Late check-out can be arranged until noon free of charge, subject to availability. Please note that check-in after 9 PM is possible for an additional fee of 25 EUR.

What are the opening hours of your reception?

Our reception is open between 9 AM and 9 PM.

Do you provide luggage storage?

We offer free luggage storage at our reception between 9 AM and 9 PM.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Harmonia Palace Budapest is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard.

Is the WIFI free of charge?

Wireless Internet access is free and available throughout the entire building.

Do you serve breakfast?

Although we do not serve breakfast, complimentary Nespresso coffee selection, tea, and bottled mineral water are provided in every apartment for our guests.

Do you have specially adapted apartments?

Due to the characteristics of the building, unfortunately, our apartments are not suitable for wheelchairs.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?

One baby cot per apartment can be provided free of charge. Please note that baby cots are suitable for babies aged up to one.

Do you have parking available and how much does it cost?

Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs 10 EUR per day. Please note that for safety reasons our parking gate is open between 9 am and 9 pm. If you wish to use your car between 9 PM and 9 AM when our gate is closed, we recommend you park your car at the nearby garage or on the streets. What is the pet policy?

As much as we love them, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartments.

Is Budapest safe for tourists?

Budapest remains one of the safest cities in the world. You are safe in Budapest so long as you sensibly exercise caution.

What is the currency in Hungary and where can I exchange money?

The official currency is the Hungarian forint (Ft, HUF). You can change the major currencies to forint at the money exchange bureaus. We recommend Kadaan Change, which is located at Lónyai street, close to Harmonia Palace.
