        House Rules<\/h1>\n

        COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS<\/h4>\n

        All guests are expected to comply with local laws and building regulations throughout their stay.<\/p>\n

        SMOKING<\/h4>\n

        Smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including the apartments, common areas, and balconies. Guests found to be smoking or using such devices at Harmonia Palace may incur a fine of \u20ac250. For your convenience, smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas within the parking lot.<\/p>\n

        RESPECTING SECURITY<\/h4>\n

        The main entrance gate must be closed after entering or leaving the building between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. Do not share building keys with anyone who is not registered as a guest.<\/p>\n

        CARE FOR PROPERTY<\/h4>\n

        Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care. Any damage or loss, including keys, may result in charges.<\/p>\n

        LOSS<\/h4>\n

        Guests are requested to lock the doors of their apartments while going out. Harmonia Palace accepts no responsibility for the loss of any guests belongings.<\/p>\n

        NOISE<\/h4>\n

        We kindly ask that noise and disturbances be kept to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.<\/p>\n

        PARTIES OR EVENTS<\/h4>\n

        Parties or events are not permitted in the apartment or common areas.<\/p>\n

        GUESTS POLICIES<\/h4>\n

        Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.<\/p>\n
